John 3:16 Outreach Ministry
A Church and Resource Center offering physical and spiritual sustenance to all, providing basic human needs and emphasizing inclusiveness for those experiencing homelessness.
Starting as a non-profit in 2012 that provided wheelchair ramps and other support for the disadvantaged, we have shifted our focus to caring for our homeless population.
John 3:16 will provide showers, laundry facilities, life skills classes, and mail services as well as church services to share God's word with the community.
We're from different churches and different backgrounds. We've lived in Blount County for years and we each feel moved to finally address this problem.
When we are fully operational, we will need volunteers. To become that, we need financial support from churches and individuals because there are no city or county funds to assist us.
